Young Pioneer Tours are looking to hire full-time staff members to join our team, with openings in Cambodia.

So, what are YPT looking for?

We are looking either for people looking to intern initially before becoming full time staff, or someone with a proven sales background to join the team straight away.

YPT Internships

We are looking for a candidate to begin on a 3-month internship, once passing will lead to full time employment. Key skills we’re looking for are administration, and ideally sales and customer service.

The position will initially be based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Guide possibilities will follow later, but not for the first year at least.

Sales and Customer Service Representatives

We are also looking for full-time sales and customer service personal who again will be based in Cambodia, but will predominantly be focussed on customer sales, customer service and the development of tours within the company.

This is a position which may lead to some guiding in the future, but is predominately for someone looking to live abroad and work in the travel industry, rather than someone looking to be a tour guide.
